How Do I Apply ?

If you are a landlord:

1. Call EECN (or your local EECN trust) and arrange for a FREE, no obligation quote. We will also ask for contact details for your tenant.

2. EECN will contact your tenant to arrange a time to assess the rental property and then send you a quote, which will include the subsidy.

3. If you decide to go ahead, we will arrange a date and time with the tenant for insulation to be installed.

4. You can also apply online and we will contact you to arrange an assessment.

If you are a tenant:

1. Call your landlord or property manager, tell them about the subsidy, and ask their permission for EECN to visit your house and assess the insulation needs.

2. If your landlord or property manager give permission, call EECN (or your local EECN trust) and arrange an appointment for a FREE, no obligation quote. We will also ask for your landlord's contact details, including their name, mailing address and phone number.

3. EECN will assess your home and send the quote to your property manager or landlord, who will decide if the retrofit will go ahead.

4. If permission is given to retrofit insulation, EECN will work with you to organize a date and time for insulation.

5. You can also apply online and we will contact you to arrange an assessment.
